"The flat is well placed in a peaceful neighbourhood. We were amazed our first morning by a burning car, but it could well might be due to the battery failure. One cannot underestimate the fact that the flat is one minute from the bus station of coach 72 which covers all major Paris attractions. The flat is rather spacious for the Paris standards. It is located in an old building but a number of renovations in the bathroom and kitchen area elevate it to the modern standards. The owners put an emphasis on the lights and the mirrors. To a certain extent it was comfortable to rest in the flat after long strolling through the Parisian neighbourhoods."

"Apart from the burning car in the previous paragraph, we were distressed by the owner and the unusual online requests. So, we were informed that we had to be moving slowly so not to cause any noise to the neighbours on the fifth floor. Yet, the wooden floor tiles were rather old and produced a lot of noise even if one is just walking. Given that we have a four year old who is not walking but running it was no wonder that a French lady came to enquire to be peaceful at our fourth evening. Alas, while the owner asked us to be quete nobody at the seventh floor did interest that there were people in the flat and the party was on until midnight in several nights in a row. Owner surprised us with several requests at the end about the cleaning. Perhaps, all she ask was reasonable but it came as surprise at the end of the stay and not in the beginning. Given the communication with the owner, my husband has taken pictures of the flat before we left it. Yet, there were pretences by the owner as the fridge which we barely used and about certain stain on the floor. We sent the pictures and the owner did not excuse for these claims."

"Great location! The Eiffel Tower is a 15-20 minute walk away, and there's a bus and metro station nearby. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. It features 3 separate rooms and a small kitchen, as well as 2 balconies. It's a quiet and calm place to experience the vibes of Paris."
